Aim and Scope of ILE Contract Law Review

Scope

The scope of the journal is to provide an academic medium and an important reference for the advancement and dissemination of research results that support high-level learning, teaching and research in the fields of Contract Law. Original theoretical work and application-based studies, which contributes to a better understanding of Family & Private Law and technical challenges, are encouraged.

1. ILE CLR aims to promote savant excellence in the area of Contract Law.
2. ILE CLR aims to focus on legal issues currently being in Contract Law as well as those being debated international with specific reference to India.
3. ILE CLR aims to focusing on issues of Contract Law, social justice and human rights, critique of the legal system, developments in alternative practice and community legal education.
